Dr. Sergül Balsever, who is a consultant at our team, began her academic career as a researcher at the Department of Commercial Law, Faculty of Business Administration, Yıldız Technical University, following her graduation from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law. While conducting her doctoral thesis research, she spent twelve months engaging in scientific research at J.W. Goethe University Frankfurt, supported by a research scholarship upon the invitation of Prof. Dr. Katja Langenbucher. She has published numerous scientific works in the field of commercial law. In addition, she has written blog articles examining the rulings of international courts in the area of intellectual and industrial property law.

Dr. Sergül Balsever provides consultancy services to national and international companies in the areas of corporate law disputes, banking and finance law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and intellectual and industrial property law.
